Kenneth builds technology systems and digital strategies that drive businesses forward.

Kenneth Melchor is the founder and technology director of KAUFAST, an IT services company with offices in Barcelona and London. With a background spanning software engineering, cloud architecture, and digital strategy, he works at the intersection of business and technology — helping companies automate, scale, and secure their operations.
Before founding KAUFAST, Kenneth spent years building products and platforms across real estate, fintech, and enterprise consulting. He led the development of multilingual platforms serving multiple European and Latin American markets, designed AI-powered analytics engines, and architected cloud-native systems deployed across three continents.
His approach is rooted in systems thinking: understanding how technology, people, and processes connect — then building solutions that make the whole system work better. He believes the best technology is invisible, reliable, and designed to serve the business, not the other way round.
Systems thinking
Every business is a system of interconnected parts. I start by understanding the whole picture — people, processes, technology — before proposing solutions. The best outcomes come from seeing how everything connects.
Technology as strategy
Technology decisions are business decisions. I choose tools and architectures that align with your goals, budget, and growth trajectory — not because they are trendy, but because they are right.
Relentless iteration
Ship early, measure everything, improve constantly. I believe in building the simplest version that works, validating with real users, and iterating based on evidence — not assumptions.
