Overview

This case study follows how SettleU — a relocation platform built on trust and clarity — needed a digital presence that matched the complexity of their relocation services — visa pathways, housing search, and legal guidance across Spain and the EU — while feeling approachable to expats navigating a high-stress life change. We designed and built a 25+ page marketing site with service-specific landing pages, integrated booking and live chat, an SEO-optimized blog and news hub, and full GDPR compliance.

The scope covered the full digital foundation — from UX research and conversion-focused page design to SEO-optimised content, integrated booking via Calendly, live chat through Tawk.to, and a GDPR-compliant cookie management layer. The platform now serves expats across 12 countries, guiding them from first visit to booked consultation.

The Challenge

SettleU was a young Barcelona-based startup serving expats across 12+ countries but had no cohesive digital presence to match their ambitions. Potential clients needed to understand complex visa categories, housing processes, and legal requirements — but had no clear entry point. Trust was critical: people were making life-altering decisions, and a generic template wouldn't cut it. The team also needed lead-generation infrastructure that could work across time zones without requiring constant manual follow-up.
